With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and graduating from PLU with a CSCS degree, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I combine expert knowledge with a passion for fitness to deliver exceptional coaching. From working with professional athletes to guiding beginners on their fitness journey, I have a proven track record of success. No prior experience is necessary. My programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Your training plan will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

How often should I train to see results?

The frequency of your training sessions will depend on your individual goals and schedule. Generally, I recommend training at least 2-3 times per week to see significant results. I'll help you determine the optimal training frequency for your goals.

Can I cancel or reschedule my sessions?

Yes, I understand that schedules can change. I have a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
